The family of late Mr Cyprian Agumbaogu of Umuezealaoma village Achara community of Njaba LGA Imo State Nigeria has announced the demise of the matriarch of the family, the late Mother Ezinne Esther Agumba (nee Udogu).\u00a0 According to a press statement signed by one of the children of the deceased, Mr Ifeanyi Agumba (PhD), the burial ceremonies marking the exit of the woman of substance have been arranged to hold in the following order.\u00a0 Service of songs will hold on 30 April 2026 in the compound the late Mr Cyprian Agumba and Ifeanyi Agumba in Achara community Njaba LGA Imo State. The event will kick off by 5 pm.<\/p>\n

The following day being 1 May 2026, (May Day and a public holiday), the lying in state ritual for friends and family members to pay their last respect will begin from 8 am to 11 am also in the Agumba compound.

Funeral Mass will also hold at the same venue on 1st May 2026 by 11 am.<\/p>\n

The interment of the remains of the deceased will be carried out immediately after the funeral Mass also in the compound of her late husband Cyprian Agumba.<\/p>\n

Umuaka Times local affairs correspondents gathered that the reception and entertainment of guests will immediately follow after interment at the same venue.<\/p>\n

The thanksgiving Mass for the repose of the soul of the deceased will take place at Watchman Charismatic Renewal Achara community on May 3 2026.<\/p>\n

The late the late Mother Ezinne Esther Agumba (nee Udogu) was a devoted Christian mother, a top community leader and woman of peace who dedicated her entire life and family to the service of God during her lifetime. She was born in 1940 and she died at the age of 83 in the year 2025.<\/p>\n
