The reason for the change of venue for the event was connected to some controversial issues relating to the ongoing leadership crisis\u00a0 of NUPI.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2396\" src=\"http:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/9-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"618\" height=\"547\" srcset=\"https:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/9-6.png 618w, https:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/9-6-300x266.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Despite the issues of NUPI, the beauty pageant to a very large extent, measured up to international standards. During the event, the gorgeously dressed models tried their best to put up excellent performances during the procession and other activities. The beauty queens who participated in the event were all daughters of Umuaka from different villages in the community. The selection process was superb and after the models were introduced, the actions began.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2397\" src=\"http:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/10-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"611\" height=\"1084\" srcset=\"https:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/10-6.png 611w, https:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/10-6-169x300.png 169w, https:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/10-6-577x1024.png 577w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 611px) 100vw, 611px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>At the end of it all, five models among the contestants emerged the winners of the contest in five different categories. Number one among them is beauty queen Orgazi Anita from Uba who emerged as the Face of NUPI 2020. Another beauty queen is Miss Anokwute Precious from Acharaji village. She won Miss Akah City.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2398\" src=\"http:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/11-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"940\" srcset=\"https:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/11-6.png 628w, https:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/11-6-200x300.png 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 628px) 100vw, 628px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Ugbele born beauty queen. Duru Chioma, went home with the Pride of Akah trophy. Miss Ibekwe Chinelo Peace, another beauty queen won Face of Akah City.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2399\" src=\"http:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/12-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"940\" sizes=\"(max-width: 628px) 100vw, 628px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On talent hunt competition, Mr Enwaiz from Ibele took the first position while Bravo D from Amakor came second and Young Jay Jay took the third
