While speaking with the American correspondent of Umuaka Times, Sir Iberosi who outlined the challenges the world witnessed in 2021did not only thank God for protecting him and his entire family but he went further to appeal to anybody alive to take out his or her time to thank God for surviving the last 24 months against all odds.<\/p>\n<p>In order to concretize his praises to God, Umuaka Times gathered that the Iberosi couple had over the years received divine favours from above. &#8220;You know, when it comes to the church, I was a trendsetter. I was an altar boy in that Church (St Mary&#8217;s) for most of my elementary school days. That is why in 2004, The very Reverend Monsignor Peter Onyebuchi, a veteran priest of St Mary&#8217;s Catholic Church honored me by coming out of retirement to officiate at my wedding.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7188\" src=\"https:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"470\" srcset=\"https:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/8.png 628w, https:\/\/umuakatimes.com\/topnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/8-300x225.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 628px) 100vw, 628px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As a part of his yearly programs in giving thanks to God, Engineer Iberosi has as far back as 1995 made a sanding pledge of paying the sum of N10,000 to the church as his AMC. This is in addition to his yearly full participation during the church&#8217;s harvest and bazaar anytime he is home. Despite all these, the Iberosi couple made a pledge to replace all the fans in the church after the renovation and this he had already fulfilled through his brother Mr Thaddeus Iberosi. The total number of fans replaced was 26 and it cost more than one million Naira.<\/p>\n<p>Asked why he had the focus of the family mostly on things of God. His response: &#8220;I am even under thanking God for all he has been doing for my family.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The couple finally used the opportunity and wished all Akalites both in and outside Nigeria
