Benji Iheme donates N1m to Umuaka Charity Foundation.

US based high profile Akalite, philanthropist, youth’s engagement advocate and a top stakeholder in Ibele Autonomous Community, High Chief Benji Iheme (Deway Icon) has doled out the sum of one million Naira to Umuaka Charity Foundation in support of her current livestock farming empowerment program in Umuaka.
It can be recalled that on Tuesday last week which was 25 February 2025, Umuaka Charity Foundation empowered 14 beneficiaries in her ongoing project to empower 100 jobless and ready to work youths across Umuaka Municipal Council. The donation by High Chief Iheme was to encourage and support the organization to achieve her aims.
The news of the donation went viral via several digital social media outlets where Umuaka Times posted the breaking story last week. Uncountable number of Akalites thanked him for the donation and prayed to God to continue to bless and protect the donor.
In the past, other Akalites like Chief Ikenna Egeolu, Chief Chidi Appear Osuagwu and Chief Ikenna Duru have all donated one million Naira each to the organization.
Umuaka Times organization last week joined numerous Akalites and thanked High Chief Iheme for his donation and appealed to many other Akalites to also donate.
