Mazi Efedy donates to Uba, Ugbele FCs.

An Uba Umuaka born former DJ, ace Igbo football commentaor and top community leader, Mazi Efedy has donated the sum of N30,000 to support football clubs in Umuaka especially the Highlanders of Uba and Stallions FC of Ugbele.
Mazi Efedy who was present at the Umuaka stadium when Uba Highlanders defeated the Stalions of Ugbele in a football match last week, made the donation to encourage the two football teams.
In the donation, he announced that the sum of N20,000 would go for Uba Highlanders, N5,000 for Ugbele Stalions and N5,000 for Umuaka Sports Council.
While briefing Umuaka Times on what inspired the donation, Efedy disclosed that the young footballers of today must be encouraged to achieve their dreams in football. That was why he made the donation. He extolled the football talents of Uba Highlanders and Ugbele Stallions and called on other sports lovers in Umuaka to support the development of football in Umuaka.
