Work begins at NUPI Village Umuaka.

The landed property acquired by the New Umuaka Project Initiative NUPI, will soon wear a new look as construction works have begun at the site. The property which is located at the boundary between Amiyi and Orodo has since been christened NUPI Village.
Just last week, Umuaka Times was reliably informed that bulldozers have begun aggressive construction and demolition works on the road leading to the NUPI Village in order to make way for the ultra-modern NUPI estate. Fencing of the property will follow immediately the road construction is finally put to shape.
From the data Umuaka Times obtained last week concerning the property, the NUPI village covers over 25 plots of land and when completed, it will have a clinic, an event centre, NUPI Secretariat, offices, sports facilities, lockup shops and more.
It can be recalled that the said property was acquired under the distinguished administration of Dr Austin Agbahiwe and is being developed under the new NUPI administration of Dr Uche Oguike.
