2 min readThe burial date of an American based high profile Akalite, Chief Prince Jude Chidi Anyaibe, the Ochasi Nnanyere Ugo I of Umuaka has been fixed for Friday May 10, 2024 in his country home in Umuawaha Umuezikoha Uba Umuaka in Niaba LGA Imo State.
From the findings made by Umuaka Times last week, the body of the deceased will leave the mortuary of Aladinma in Owerri by 7 am with a brief stopover at his Owerri home and arrive the family compound of the Anyaibes in a motorcade by 8 am for lying in-state. Family members, friends and others will have the opportunity to pay their last respect during the lying in-state.
A requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of the late Prince will begin at St Mary’s Catholic Church in Umuaka Njaba LGA by 10am. Immediately after the Mass, the motorcade goes back to the family compound for internment which is expected to hold by 12 midday.
In a recent publication by Umuaka Times, it was disclosed that Prince Anyaibe was the second son and fourth child of late Sir Nnaoma Emmanuel and Lolo Lady Ezinne Margaret Anyaibe of Umuawaha Umuezikoha Uba Umuaka. He obtained a Master’s in Business Administration at the University of the District of Columbia, Washington, DC and he lived in Maryland USA. Chief Prince Jude Chidi Anyaibe, the Ochasi Nnanyere Ugo I of Umuaka is survived by his wife and four children, brothers, sisters, Cousins and other numerous relations.
