Chief Cyril Obioha dies at 91.
1 min readThe Obioha family of Okwudor Ibele has announced the passage of an Ibele born top community leader, father, grandfather, great grandfather and father to all, Chief Cyril Obioha.
A press statement from the first son of the deceased, Prince-Ozor Dike1 Obioha 111 which was made available to Umuaka Times correspondents in Sweden where he resides, disclosed that the nonagenarian passed away on September 21, 2024 in his residence after a brief illness.
Umuaka Times also gathered that the date for the burial of the top community leader is yet to be announced by the family.
According to the press statement issued by the first son of the deceased, Chief Cyril Obioha was born in in 1933. During his lifetime, he was bestowed with several chieftaincy titles which included, the Ezekwesili 1 of Umuaka, Agunechemba 1 of Ibele and Agugoeshi the second of Ibele.
The late Chief Cyril Obioha was survived by his children, grandchildren and a host of other family members and relations.
