The first son of the late Mrs Ezinne Christiana C. Okoro Ikegwuoha, Bro Austin Okoro has issued a vote of thanks and appreciation onbehald of the bereaved families to all the people who played one role or another during the burial of his late mother, Mrs Ezinne Christiana C. Okoro Ikegwuoha (nee Madu).
Writing in a press statement Bro Austin Okoro issued after the burial, he wrote;
“We the family of Late Chief Francis Madu of Umuduremeruo Umuezeala Umuele Amazano and Late Okoro Ikegwuoha of Uba Umuaka both in Njaba LGA, Imo State, wish to express our gratitude to all of you who came to our mother’s Funeral Ceremony. We appreciate your kind gestures and support during the funeral, your thoughts, prayers and inspirational words touched our hearts.”
Describing the experience of having a large number of people who came from many communities in and outside the state, Bro Okoro continued.
“It was so comforting to have you all by our sides at these times….your sympathies and condolences are being greatly valued. We pray for journey mercy back to your various destinations. Thanks for your time.”
