Umuada Umuezeala Uba set to launch their uniform on Jan. 2, 2026.

A very big history will be made in the early days of January 2026 in Uba Umuaka. The history which has taken a very long time to package is that the Umuada UmuezealaUba women will on Monday 2nd 2026 present and launch their uniform to their uncles, parents, brothers, sisters and well-wishers. From a message Umuaka Times gathered from the chairlady of the union Mrs Lilian Ubasonye O., the event will hold on the stated date above.

The venue of the event is at ama Duruekweihe in Umuishii Umuezeala Uba Umuaka. The time for the big event is by 11 am when the umuada are expected to be seated to welcome guests from other parts of Umuaka and beyond.

In order to make the event a memorable one, some other side attractions have been incorporated into the main program of the day which is the presentation and launching of the uniform. It is expected that Umuezeala women dance troupe will entertain guests during the launching.

Meanwhile many men and women of Umuezeala who have so far heard about the launching commended the efforts of the women as a welcome development for Umuada Umuezeala to be identified by a special uniform.

The union also appeals to Uba men and women as well as others from other parts of Umuaka to come out massively and support the program.
