Hope rises for Udochukwu as Alexander Salmond gives his support.

Last week, the political ambition of a British based Akalite and politician, Dr Udochukwu Kings Nwaokorobia, received a stupendous boast as top British politician and the former First Minister of Scotland, Right Honourable Alexander Elliot Anderson Salmond endorsed the ambition of the young Akalite. Dr Udochukwu is contesting to become the next councilor in the Glasgow City Council. According to the information from some members of his campaign team who spoke with Umuaka Times, Dr Udochukwu who will be contesting under ALBA Party in the election which comes up in May 2022 has been meeting and consulting with top party officials. Udochukwu told Umuaka Times that he paid an official visit to the residence of Right Honourable Salmond who had invited him for briefings and endorsement. The visit, Umuaka Times learnt, has been described as one of the most strategic moves made by the Udochukwu team on the political chess board of Glasgow City Council needed to ensure victory for the party.
After the meeting, Hon Salmond expressed deep confidence in the political experience of Udochukwu and finally asked party members and the residents of Glasgow City Council to vote for him.
On further developments, party members sincerely expressed deep confidence and optimism over the endorsement by Salmond who strongly believes that victory would be theirs at last. From the findings made by Umuaka Times correspondent in the UK, Salmond who championed the first referendum for Scotland’s independence is a Scottish politician who from 2007 to 2014, occupied the office of the First Minister of Scotland.
Indications emerged last week that Dr Udochukwu’s campaign train has continued to move with impressive performances all over the Glasgow City Council. His message which is based on “campaign against the inequalities minority communities experience in health and social care welfare,” has also captured the social media outlets used by ALBA Party members and those who believe in the political ideology of the Nigerian born politician.
As campaign activities continue to build up, Dr Udochukwu and his team have also continued to channel their energy towards securing victory at the pulls by consulting many VIPs within their reach. It is only time that will tell as May 2022 approaches.
