A Vote of Thanks by Mr. Stan Ahanotu.

The first son of the late Chief Augustine Nwaokorobia Ahanotu, the Omenka 1 of Ibele Dee Augur has issued a press statement thanking all the people who made it to the burial of his late dad which took place on Friday August 29, 2025 in NdiuhuIbele Autonomous Community of Njaba LGA Imo State.

In the press statement Mr Stan Ahanotu issued and made a copy available to Umuaka Times, he sincerely thanked the Catholic Bishop of Orlu Diocese, Rev Dr Augustine Ukwuoma, his representative and all the priests who came for the burial of his late dad from many parts of the state. He also thanked the Ibele Council of Chiefs and the royal father of the community HRH Eze Rufus Anyanwu, the parishioners of St Andrew’s Catholic Parish Ibele, Ibele general assembly, Ndiuhu men and women and old boys’ associations that attended the event against all odds.

His vote of thanks also went to his business colleagues and friends who came all the way from Port Harcourt, Lagos and other parts of the country.

The media which included the Umuaka Times team and others were also mentioned in the press statement for their contributions and sacrifices.

In his words he wrote: “I want to thank most especially those who have stood with the family from the day the death of my dad was announced till date especially those who contributed in terms of their time, finances and other items. I pray that God will continue to protect you all.”
