Amiyi PG thanks Umuaka Times for Merit Award.

The outgoing president general of Amiyi Akah Autonomous Community, Chief Vincent Egbuchilem has thanked Umuaka Times and his community Amiyi Akah over his declaration by Umuaka Times newspapers as the Best President General of the Year in Umuaka Municipal Council 2024.
Speaking in a reception held at Verse 1 bar and event centre in an acceptance speech, the youthful PG first thanked the royal father of his community HRH Eze Francis Ahanotu (the Iyi 1 of Amiyi Akah) for his royal directives and support over the years.
Chief Egbuchilem also extended his appreciation to the Amiyi Akah Council of Chiefs, women leaders, youths and others who contributed in one way or the other during his years of service to the community.
On Umuaka Times, it was also officially disclosed by Umuaka Times representatives during the event that Chief Egbuchilem was the first person to win the Best PG Award in Njaba LGA. He used the opportunity and thanked Umuaka Times and commended the staff and management of the newspaper organization to continue to push hard towards bringing systematic developments in Umuaka and Njaba LGA.
