Appreciation from Obiwuru Tochukwu over successful surgery.

Uba Umuaka born socialite and youth leader Mr Obiwuru Tochukwu Christogonus popularly known as Tochukwu R.Obi has sent a vote of thanks to all his friends, extended family members, business associates and more for the financial assistance he received a couple of weeks ago from them.
It can be recalled that Mr Tochukwu R. Obi was diagnosed with kidney stones some months back and needed an urgent surgery. After the diagnosis, a donation platform was created for him and on record time, the sum of N6million was raised to offset his medical bills.
While holding talks with Umuaka Times last week, Obiwuru disclosed that the procedures were done on 16th of September and 30th of September 2024 respectively. This means that he underwent two surgeries successfully.
Tochukwu Obiwuru who is also known as Umunna Nwezuo Aku took the opportunity of his discussions with Umuaka Times and thanked all those who sent in their donations for his treatment. First on the list was Chief Albert Okunwa, a US based attorney and the Ugobuzuo 1 of Umuaka. According to Obiwuru, Chief Okunwa assisted him in a way he never expected. He used the opportunity and thanked him and his family and asked God to continue to bless him and his family members.
The Lead Pastor of Gateway International Church, George Izunwa was another person who contributed in no small way during the era of medical challenge Obiwuru faced. He described Pastor George as his spiritual father and prayed to God to continue to use the youthful pastor to reach out to the less privileged.
“I want to use this opportunity to thank all my friends and well-wishers who supported me financially during the surgery. It is my prayers that our good Lord will continue to bless and protect them. I am happy to announce to them that I am fine now and still on the recovery process.”
