Attorney Dr Chris Nwachukwu: A Quintessential Gentleman.

The world is divinely endowed by God with quality men and women that have excelled in their chosen professions, people, who have made positive impact in their various communities and the country in general.
Philanthropists are scarce in most hamlets in Nigeria. No wonder God endowed villages with a “Destiny Helper”. Yes, A man or woman that has been uniquely created and bequeathed with responsibility to bring a “Turnaround” into a forgotten Community.
Against this backdrop, Attorney Dr. Chief Christian Chima Nwachukwu is a worthy son of Umuaka clan, in Njaba Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria that has made outstanding impact towards the socioecononic development of some remoted communities in the society. He is a man whose track record in the Legal profession has spoken loud of.
As the world is obviously unfolding more challenges with commensurate solutions- anchored around individuals who are positioned to give life a true meaning it deserves through expertise, He is undoubtedly a round peg in a round hole.
A quintessential Attorney of international repute, Dr. Christian Nwachukwu has empowered so many youths through skills acquisition. This gentleman has also footed medical bills for the less preveleged people that cannot fend for themselves in Nigeria.
Perhaps, Abraham Lincoln had him in mind when he said, and I quote, ”Man owes to humanity without question to leave every society better than he met it… The merit by contributing his quota”.
Chief Chris Nwachukwu has clearly contributed his quota in all ramifications. Indeed, He was born to make the world a better place for the less preveleged; and has lived up to that assignment. To God be the honour for blessing us with this unassuming legal luminary.
More so, Nwachukwu’s overwhelming humility; coupled with his renewed quest for excellence ; even in the midst of uncertainty and a very scarce resources, have earned him nothing than unadulterated relevance cum high regard from both young and old.
Not only that, this US Supreme Court Lawyer has been described by his kinsmen as a “Devine Gift” from God to deliver the people from the shackles of backwardness. In response to his unannounced benevolence, beneficiaries of Attorney Christian Nwachukwu’s humanitarian gestures have not ceased to express their gratitude to him for putting smiles on their faces and making life meaningful for them through his succour.
Interestingly, Umuaka clan, in the Njaba Local Government Area of Imo State, is also blessed with such an unsung man that has progressed in his career and made towering impacts in the society. He has made his marks with many years of experience in the professional practice in Georgia and Atlanta, United States of America.
It is not an exaggeration to assert that this US- trained legal luminary has a great passion for alleviating sufferings of the less privileged; and this has spurred him to initiate measures and strategies through which problems were solved.
Apart from Dr Nwachukwu’s breakthrough in his professional career of Law, he is into Community development initiatives as a humanitarian and leader who is determined to equally contribute towards the well-being of the rural poor; including infrastructural development.
Nwachukwu is a recipient of several religious, social and professional recognitions and awards. He is so much loved and respected by his people who are indeed proud to have such an illustrious son that has exhibited piousness by dedication and commitment to the work of God.
In addition, Attorney Dr. Nwachukwu is a humble, sincere, trustworthy, goal-oriented and a man with heart filled with milk of human kindness. People of all walks of life have hugely benefitted from his generousity in all spheres. He is selfless, God-fearing and ever ready to make a sacrifice that could lead success of an initiative.
It is on record that he single-handedly embarked on road projects and completed them on January 4, 2022. He paid additional Two Hundred and Fifty (250,000.00) naira to install five (5) speed-bumps which costs Fifty Thousand (50,000.00) naira, each.
It is worthy of note, that Attorney Chris Chima Nwachukwu decided to pay, after he had received several calls from home that it was necessary to install speed bumps. Lo and behold, it was built without wasting time. His village people were impressed with this act.
The total contract cost he has done for his people is totalled 25.7 Million naira ($45,500.00 at 565 naira exchange rate). In his words, ” This is my gift to Umuezikeoha people. In the future, if I have the resources and in good health, I will still do more”. This is truly an evidence of a man that loves his people.
He therefore advised, “Let Umuezikeoha people, especially those residing along the road help to maintain it by not throwing refuse into the drainages, Cleaning the gutters at least once every year, Not blocking the water channels, which was why he made sure culverts were done at every entrance.
He provided twelve (12) culverts at 150,000.00 each; and advised his people not to tip sand on the road and therefore called for constant sweeping and cleaning- up of the environment in every six moths, saying this will make the road more durable.
As a Journalist, It had never been an element of my personality to project people with questionable character. But one thing that got interested in Attorney Dr Christian Chima Nwachukwu is his penchant for progressiveness which solely hinges on “Human capacity and infrastructural development” of his kinsmen. To my greatest surprise, he does not blow trumpets about these exploits! This is worthy of emulation!
Nwachukwu is a de-vout Christian with an unquenchable zeal in all that has to do with service in the Church. That is why he has received awards from sundry religious organizations.
He is a man with vast exposure, experience, expertise, strong character and benevolent disposition to serve humanity. It is therefore time to think home, look inward and meditate out of the box as I have identified our own brand of achiever that has distinguished himself in his chosen field; and it is essentially on that note that we open the chapter of one of our finest nation builder, Attorney Christian Nwachukwu, a quintessential legal Field Marshal.
It is my candid prayer for God to bless many Communities in Nigeria that been been forgotten by the government. May the Almighty continue to bless Attorney Dr. Christian Chima Nwachukwu for bringing villages into limelight.
