Chinemere Onwukwe set to capture the world with his music.

It appears that there is no shortage of supply of up and coming musicians and other entertainers from Umuaka. One after the other they keep coming to write their own historical notes in the Nigerian music scene and beyond. The latest entrant happens to be yet another artiste from Uba Umuaka Njaba LGA Imo State. Michael Chenemerem Onwukwe is a 23 year old drummer, percussionist, music producer, song writer, recording drummer and band director who is based in Ghana West Africa. The multi-instrumentalist and crazy drummer who spoke with the Ghanaian correspondent of Umuaka Times last week confirmed that his CD will be released as soon as possible both in Nigeria and in Ghana.
While addressing the issues relating to the CD, Onwukwe confirmed that he has assembled able hands in Ghana and Nigeria to work on the debut album and work is totally on top gear towards the realization of his musical dreams in the soonest time possible.
Asked to mention the genre of music he plays, he answered, “My type of music of as an Artist are R.M.B,Afro , and classic music , but as a recording Drummer, am into all accepts of music. My Music Idol is Davido because he has got a big heart for the world and the music he does.”
Mr Chinemere Onwukwe who goes by the stage name MK Drumz assured the world that when his music is released, the earth will quake! Umuaka Times’ fingers are already crossed!
