Chinwe Agams donates website to Umuaka.
1 min readThe founder and the executive director of Women’s Crisis Centre WCC, Ms Lesley Chinwe Agams has donated a website to encourage the developmental efforts of the 10 villages in Umuaka community. Agams, a social worker, international development expert and an attorney at law, made this presentation in a joint crucial summit between Umuaka Ebe Iri presidents-general and their women leaders.
The summit which was organized by the Lesley Agams’ led Women’s Crisis Centre had discussions on several issues concerning the developments in Umuaka. According to an address presented by Agams which was read by the office manager of the organization Mr Uche Dike, who represented Agams, the website was built and donated by Agams in order to support data collation, historical evidences and facts concerning the community.
The stakeholders who attended the summit used the opportunity to address some crucial issues concerning the community towards peace, health and more.
The website which is www.umuakamunicipalcouncil.org has been operational for a couple of months. From time to time, more information will be added to the website in order to make it up to date.
