Cynthia Uchechi Mbah. A pharmacist beauty queen.

A document Umuaka Times came across last week concerning the personality of the beauty queen Miss Cynthia Uchechi Mbah, confirms that the lady who stands a chance to be the next Miss Universe Nigeria is an Nnamdi Azikiwe University trained pharmacist whose graduation took place in April 2023. In 2024, she won Miss NYSC Camp where she did her youth service.

Absolutely “passionate about education, technology, and youth empowerment”, Umuaka Times gathered that Miss Mbah equips secondary school girls with ICT skills and life values through her project named On Top of the World.

As she now moves into the big league of Miss Universe Nigeria 2025 stage, Mbah is interested in designing a future society, which gives her anopportunity to bringing her commitment, intelligence, and passion for equality.

She disclosed to Umuaka Times that as a young pharmacy professional, “I’m building my foundation in the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape.

With experience in pharmaceutical care, inventory management, supplier coordination and bookkeeping, my work has taught me the importance of organization and accountability, and the role these play in effective healthcare delivery.”

She wrote: While I’m still early in my career, I’m eager to contribute to global health initiatives and be part of the solution to worldwide healthcare challenges- especially health disparities.

Currently, I’m focused on expanding my skill set- from developing language proficiency to deepening my understanding of international health systems. My goal is to work with international health agencies where I can apply my growing expertise to projects that promote better healthcare access globally.

I believe in continuous learning and am committed to building the knowledge and skills necessary to make a meaningful impact in global health.
