David’s C. Styles and Cuts Salon opens in Amandugba.
2 min readA standard unisex haircut saloon has opened in Umudurueze Amandugba Hall in Isu LGA Imo State. The salon which is known as David’s C Styles and Cuts Hair Salon came into operations in the early days of November 2024. When Umuaka Times paid an official visit at the salon, it was discovered that the salon offers the following services such as pedicure and manicure, haircut of all styles. Locking and relocking of dreadlocks, making of all kinds of nails and lashes.
Other services include hair styling, body massage, snooker games, hair treatment and maintenance.
In a brief chat with Umuaka Times, Mr. Oguzie David Chinonso, the youthful CEO of the salon disclosed that the salon which has a staff capacity of 4 employees also renders services in photography, graphics designs and videography as well as helping content creators grow their social media followership and businesses. Umuaka Times also gathered that David’s C Styles and Cuts Salon also offers apprenticeship services in haircut and hair dressing.
The story of what really inspired the young man to invest in the business, came into focus when one of the road expansion projects in Port Harcourt led to the demolition of his haircut salon. According to him the demolition devastated him in no small way. “It really affected me and I was restless for weeks until one day, I decided to relocate to Imo State. Now the rest is history.”
When Umuaka Times asked him if there were some people he would like to thank for their contributions towards the establishment of the beauty centre, the young CEO first extended his appreciation to his younger brother Oguzie Chisom Solomon whom according to him, assisted him financially.
