Diamond Princess Academy set to introduce democratic activities for students.

The management of Diamond Princess Academy, a private secondary school in Umuaka Njaba LGA Imo State has notified the parents of the students of her decision to start teaching practical democratic values to the students. This hint was made public on January 20, 2026 when the school held her first ever PTA meeting at the multipurpose hall of the school.

Addressing the audience during the meeting which lasted for several hours, Chief Leo Offorji, UK based attorney and the chairman and founder of the school disclosed that Diamond Princess Academy which was founded to compete with other high profile schools in and outside Nigeria in all ramifications, has set the machinery in motion to start teaching her students true democracy. Explaining further, the CEO stated that political and leadership positions in the school among students will be contested. “The students will have their manifestos, go on campaign and embark on every other democratic activity as it is done in other high profile schools across the world.”

Parents who were present during the meeting  hailed the decision of the school to embark on such a democratic mission for the future benefits of the students.

From what Chief Offorji disclosed, Princess Diamond Academy will embark on several educative projects in her 2025 and 2026 academic session. Many parents in Umuaka and environs who are aware of the beautiful programs of the school are already enrolling their children to the school as admission is still ongoing.
