Emelong Foundation supports for the Chriwowo road project.
1 min readThe road tarring and rehabilitation contract in Uba Umuaka awarded by Chief Chris Nwachukwu a few weeks ago, has continued to gather support and appreciations from many Akalites who have either congratulated him or prayed for him over the pacesetting project. Last week, another dimension to the tributes and goodwill messages for Dr Chris Nwachukwu was recorded when the Executive Director and founder Emelong Foundation, Chief Emeka Ibegbulem announced his support for the project. In a message Chief Ibegbulem shared at the digital platform of Umuaka Times known as Umuaka Times Institute UTI, Chief Ibegbulem thanked Dr Nwachukwu for his love and selfless programs he has so far demonstrated in the community.
In his usual support character, Chief Ibegbulem made a donation of N50,000 towards the road project and appealed to Chief Chris Nwachukwu not to reject the donation. Ibegbulem acknowledged that the amount when considered, may not mean anything tangible to Chief Nwachukwu but went ahead and asked Chief Nwachukwu to consider the spirit of progress and oneness that made him donate the money.
In his reply to the donation a few days later, Chief Chris Nwachukwu wrote in Umuaka Times Institute. ” Ochiriozuo, I thank you for your kind words and donation. God shall replenish your pocket a million times.”
