Ezinne Lady Lillian Ifeyinwa Agwumezie thanks St Mary’s Parish.

21 exceptional women who are members of St Mary’s Catholic Parish Uba Umuaka were on Saturday January 4, 2025 elevated to the rank of Ezinne. According to the officiating parish priest who conducted the Mass during the ceremony, for one to be elevated to such a high position in the body of Christ simply means that “you have another opportunity to work harder for Chrit and humanity.”
Chief among the women was Lady Lillian Ifeyinwa Agwumezie popularly known as Beauty Ngalakwesili who was represented by Lolo Edith Chinwendu Oleribe, her immediate elder sister.
The ceremony was attended by many and each ezinne was given an opportunity to make a speech at the end of the “coronation”. Beauty Ngalakwesili used the opportunity to thank the parish and family members for their support. After her speech, she made donated a substantial amount of money and some of her friend and well-wisher also donated different sums of money.
