“I will transform the political system of Njaba”. Ozioma Worship.

Mazi Ebonine Benneth Ozioma also known as Ozioma Worship was last week elected as the APC flag bearer for Imo House of Assembly. If Ozioma whose close associates refer to him as Eze Ngworu beats his opponents from other political parties by next year election, he will be representing Njaba LGA in the State House of Assembly. In a brief interview he had with Umuaka Times shortly after he was declared the winner of the primaries, Ozioma described himself as a grassroots politician who knows how to solve social and political problems from the grassroots.
While holding talks with Umuaka Times the following day after his victory, Ozioma demonstrated high optimism towards the main election because according to him, he is in the good books of the people of Njaba and beyond. He did not only disclose to Umuaka Times how he won the election, but he further explained that he was able to defeat his opponent even in his local village in Atta community. That according to him makes him the man of his people.
Umuaka Times gathered that the transformation of Njaba LGA by the flag bearer will receive prominence under his representation in case he wins the main election come 2023.The APC flag bearer told Umuaka Times that he has a template on how to transform and develop the LGA. He enjoined all his supporters to continue to work harder until the final victory is achieved.
The Interview with Umuaka Times provided the opportunity for Ozioma to thank those who worked with him in the realization of the mandate his party, APC, gave him. He thanked, Dr Perry Ekwunazu and others who have so far demonstrated their confidence in him. He further extended his appreciations to the Igolo Njaba, Isi Mmiri 1 of Njaba, Chief Stephen Ogbuhurouzo, Hon Emeka Ihenacho, Chief Anayo Nwadike and all his DGs for his campaign organizations.
Others he mentioned are the ward chairmen of Njaba LGA for their grassroots support as well as personalities like Okey Nnaka, Chief Livinus Madu and Okems I. Okems and a host of others who played vital roles in the victory. When Umuaka Times asked him about his mood over his opponents in the APC primaries, he disclosed that he did not go to war with his opponents but they went to a political field where they played a political game. He finally thanked all the women leaders and support groups that worked and ensured his victory. Ozioma thanked a lot of people including family members and men of God and their followers.
Mazi Ozioma Worship dropped his special message to his APC family in Njaba LGA. “Please my people, this is just the end of the beginning. There is “no victor no vanquished,” we all have the same mandate to develop our community and the state”.
In his final words, he disclosed that he stands on the mandate of Njaba youths who made the whole process a reality. He finally thanked all the PGs, barristers and a host of others who made it possible especially Eze Ugochukwu Caesar Duruegbusuo the royal father of Umuele Amazano Autonomous Community.
