Imo 2027: Diasporas intensify calls for T.J. Ehirim to declare.

Amidst growing speculation and anticipation, the name of Dr TJ Ehirim (Ph.D) has been making waves in Imo State politics, with many urging the young and accomplished politician to throw his hat into the ring for the 2027 governorship election in the state.

Dr Ehirim, a proud son of Imo State, boasts an impressive array of qualifications, including B.Pharm (Hons) Nig; MSC; MBA; Ph.D (Witwatersrand), and has carved a niche for himself in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in South Africa, where he serves as a Director of Pharmaceutical Services in the Government Department of Health.

The Imo State Modern Youths and Diasporans have already begun to hail Dr Ehirim as the next executive governor of the state, citing his exceptional leadership skills, vision, and achievements. His impressive track record according to Umuaka Times findings, which includes being the founder and Chairman of Twisthill Pharmaceuticals, South Africa, and the first Nigerian to establish a pharmaceutical company in Johannesburg, has earned him widespread recognition and admiration.

Of particular significance are Dr Ehirim’s roots in the Orlu Senatorial Zone, the same constituency as the current governor, Hope Uzodimma. This geographical connection has fueled speculation that Dr Ehirim could be a strong contender for the governorship seat.
