Ken Nnaka to Host New Umuaka Lawyers in December.

Dr. Ken Nnaka, a US-based legal expert and Nigerian democrat, has congratulated the seven new lawyers from Umuaka who were recently called to the bar. The new lawyers hail from from Obinwanne, Achara, Obeakpu, Umuele, and Ugbele communities respectively. They were called to the bar after they successfully completed their legal and academic requirements.
In a press statement Dr. Nnaka handed over to Umuaka Times correspondents in the United States, praised the resilience of the new lawyers and their families, urging them to promote justice, democracy, and human rights in Nigeria. He also promised to host the new lawyers at Hotel Plano in December 2025, when he returns to Nigeria.
Dr. Nnaka used the opportunity and reiterated his 2021 promise to donate N100,000 to any Akalite who gains admission to study law in a public university in Nigeria, provided they come from a low-income family. He congratulated all young Akalites who graduated from several universities in 2025 and encouraged them to uphold the legacy of academic excellence in Umuaka.
Interestingly, another prominent US-based attorney, Dr. Chris Nwachukwu, has expressed interest in joining Dr. Nnaka to be a part of the hosting of the new wigs in December. This gesture highlights the growing support for Umuaka’s young professionals and the community’s bright future.
