Louis Obinna Ide buried amidst tears.

Mr Louis Obinna Ide, an Umuezeala Uba Umuaka born businessman based in Port Harcourt who died a few weeks ago was on 1 March 2025 buried in his village of Umuagba Umuezeala Uba. During the time of his burial, some members of his church from Port Harcourt who were present during the ceremony conducted the Christian service and preached the gospel.
Present also during the time was a group known as Unique85. The group which is an old boys’ association of students who graduated from High School Umuaka in 1985 came because the late Mr Louis Obinna Ide who was known as Shehu Shagari during his secondary school days was a member of the organization.
While speaking with the organization, it was gathered that the group had assisted the late Ide when he was sick with financial help.
During the burial, Unique85 also made a donation of N604, 000 to his wife to support her and her children.
