1 min readThe family of Chief Linus Nwokeocha Agbahiwe Duruokewuihe of Okwudor Ibele Umuaka in Njaba LGA of Imo State has announced the passage and the funeral rites of their dear wife, mother and sister in-law, Mrs Frances Nkechi Austin-Agbahiwe (nee Oguike).
From what Umuaka Times local affairs correspondents gathered from the chief mourner and the husband of the deceased, Dr Austin Agbahiwe, the late Mrs Frances Nkechi Agbahiwe passed on in the city of Colmar in France a couple of months ago.
In a press statement which was issued last week and signed by Dr Austin Agbahiwe, the burial arrangements for the deceased will come as follows:
On Friday December 27, 2024, exactly by 10:30am, the remains of the deceased will lie in state in her husband’s country home in Ibele Autonomous Community.
By 11 am, burial services will begin. The Living Faith (Winners) Church, Imo State Headquarters will conduct this segment.
By 12:30pm, internment and condolences will follow.
On Sunday December 29, 2024, a thanksgiving church service will be held in her honour and for the repose of her soul at the Umuaka outlet of Living Faith Winners Church.
The late Frances Nkechi Austin-Agbahiwe was survived by her husband, children, sisters and a brother. She died at the age of 47 after a brief illness.
