Oby Ezeigbo distributes free sanitary pads to school girls.
1 min readThe newly formed NGO by UK based Oby Ezeigbo known as Our Flower Girls and Teenage Mothers Foundation will on Tuesday and Wednesday being 23 and 34 of February respectively embark on a secondary school outreach program in Umuaka. The aim of this program is to present free sanitary pads to the female students of the selected secondary schools in the community.
A press statement from the founder of the NGO, Oby Ezeigbo, the schools to be visited include St Saviour’s High School, Girls Secondary Technical School, Duruji International School and Destiny Secondary School.
Other schools include two secondary schools in Ekwe and Frank International School Amandugba.
Umuaka Times gathered that this program has already been done in Port Harcourt where many school girls received free sanitary pads.
