1 min readThe Lead Pastor and general overseer, Gateway International Church Port Harcourt, George Izunwa last week visited South Africa on a serious evangelical mission. Umuaka Times correspondent in South Africa confirmed that Pastor Izunwa who has been busy mentoring pastors around the world used the opportunity to hold talks with Nigerians in South Africa including some Akalites.
A cross section of Nigerians who gathered at the event used the opportunity to reflect on the roadmap to social and spiritual freedom and how to go about it.
Umuaka Times correspondent in South Africa gathered that Pastor George spoke on a variety of issues including the route to achieve success in life. Pastor Izunwa also spoke to pastors specifically and tasked them on the need to be upright in the vineyard of God.
On the way forward generally, Pastor Izunwa appealed to Nigerians and Akalites in South Africa to always remain focused, abide by the laws of the land and seek the face of God in all their daily activities.
At the end of the outreach, the audience condoled with Pastor Izunwa who recently lost his mother, Mrs Grace Izunwa after a brief illness. The burial date for the good example of a woman of God has been put on November 18, 2022.
