Princess Ojinnaka gives vote of thanks to Umuaka women USA.
1 min readThe national president of Umuaka Women USA, Lolo Princess Chichi Amadi-Ojinnaka has issued a vote of thanks to her fellow Umuaka women in the United States of America, their husbands and all those who took part in one way or another during the empowerment program for indigent women and widows in Umuaka held on December 31, 2023 at St Mary’s Church Umuaka.
In her message which was issued on Tuesday 16 January 2024, Princess Ojinnaka disclosed that the original number of women her organization wanted to reach was 50 women but their husbands provided their own assistance and the number climbed to 100. Continuing in her message, she first thanked God Almighty, their husbands and members of the committee who worked out the project. The members included Lolo, Attorney Chinyere Amuzie chairman, Lolo Ify Akumezie, member, Lolo (Dr) Ijeoma Anyaibe, member, Lolo Veronica Okemezie, member, Lolo Grace Egbejimba also a member.
Another set of people who got a prominent mention in the message was a group of Umuaka women in the United States who contributed in no small ways for the success of the program. In her own words, “I can’t thank you immensely.”
Lolo Princess Ojinnaka finally used the opportunity to promise that the group will develop better strategies that would make subsequent programs more successful and balanced than the maiden one which was held at the CWO banquet hall of St Mary’s Catholic Church Umuaka.
