Tete for burial on Sept 25.

Mazi Bonifae Ihesie a.k.a. Tete who died on Tuesday May 21, 2020 will be buried on September 25 2020 in his compound in Uba Umuaka. This message was contained in a press statement issued by the first son of the diseased Mr. Theodore Uzoma Ihesie, also known as Tete Jr.
In the press statement, which Umuaka Times obtained a copy, reads, Tete Jr thanked all the people who have so far assisted the family especially at this time. A part of the statement reads,
“Great men and women of Umuaka Ebe Iri, the Njaba Patriots, the members of the political class, business men and women, Imo state and Nigeria in general, it is with great respect and honor to you all, and amazing to me and the entire family that our father will be loved and cared for at this time of his life and death. My family wish to express our gratitude to you all for your deep love and concern you showed our father while alive and your generosity and kindness towards his funeral, I assure you that God will greatly reward you abundantly, amen.”
Meanwhile, the various committees set up to oversee the burial of Mazi Ihesie have been working round the clock to accord him a befitting burial. Umuaka Times gathered at press time that over N1.5million have so far been raised in support of the funeral of the man known by many.
