Triple celebration for Perry Ekwunazu and wife.

On December 30th 2025, all roads will lead to Umudioribe Amiyi Akah Njaba LGA Imo State as a high profile son of the soul, politician, administrator, pharmacist and a profound community leader and a chieftain of APC, Dr Perry Ekwunazu brings home his prestigious chieftaincy title of Odogwu Umuaka in a grand reception. It can be recalled that in 2017, the late HRH Eze Aloysius Ojinnaka of Umuaka Ebe Iri conferred the chieftaincy title of Odogwu Umuaka on Dr Perry Ekwunazu.

Two other remarkable events are also billed to take place during the chieftaincy title reception; the wife of Dr Perry Ekwunazu, Lolo Ogechi Ekwunazu will also hold a celebration for her Ezinne title conferred on her by St. Paul’s Catholic Church Amiyi Akah on 8th January 2025.

The third event will be the conferment and reception of Umuaka Times Merit Award on the couple in acknowledgement of their philanthropic activities in the community.

Umuaka Times gathered that the event has been successfully packaged by the planning committee to accommodate all the segments and activities that will take place on that day. The security issues have been properly taken care of and invitations despatched to family and friends and other important personalities expected during the event. The youths of the community were not left out; they have also been assigned a role to play in order to ensure a successful and hitch-free event.
