Uzoho family announces the burial date for Mrs Janet Uzoho.
2 min readThe family of the late Mrs Janet Nkiruka Uzoho of Oru Ibele community of Njaba LGA Imo State has announced the passage of her daughter, mother and sister, the late Mrs Janet Nkiruka Uzoho who passed away on 13 August 2023. When the local affairs correspondent of Umuaka Times visited the bereaved family last week, the chief mourner and the husband of the late Mrs Janet Uzoho, Mr Liberty Uzoma Uzoho was seen in a painful mood. He confirmed that the rites of passage for his late wife has already been released.
According to the document Umuaka Times obtained from him, on November 30, 2023, a Christian wake keep and service of songs will be observed at the family compound of the deceased in Oru Ibele. The program starts by 8 pm. Several women, community and christian organizations are expected during the wake keep and service of songs.
On Friday 1 December 2023, the remains of the late Mrs Janet Uzoho will leave Umuaka mortuary by 8 am in a motorcade to the family compound in Oru Ibele for a lying in state. Friends, families and others will be allowed to pay their last respect.
The requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of the deceased will start by 10 am at St Andrew’s Catholic Church Ibele. Internment follows immediately after the Mass at the family compound of Mr Liberty Uzoho in Oru Ibele.
Umuaka Times gathered that the late Mrs Janet Nkiruka Uzoho was a devote Christian mother and an active member of several community and church based organization in her community. She died at the age of 47.
