Iwuaku Iwuchukwu donates N5m to Umuaka Charity Foundation

The founder and president of the now highly famous Umuaka Charity Foundation Mazi Iwuaku Iwuchukwu has made a donation of N5 million to the organization. The donation which was made in line with the N50 million Naira program of the organization to create 100 jobs in Umuaka has been confirmed by the organization as at last week.

It can be recalled that Umuaka Charity Foundation has been pushing up campaigns in the last couple of weeks to raise the sum of N50 million to empower 100 young Akalites to establish farming projects in their communities. In all, 10 youths will benefit respectively from the grant in each village.

While confirming the donation last week, Mazi Iwuaku Iwuchukwu, a philanthropist, hotelier and high profile investor, from his base in Angola, disclosed to Umuaka Times correspondents in Angola that out of the 100 jobs the foundation would create, he has personally taken 10 youths to empower them with the sum of N500, 000 each. He furthered disclosed that each village in Umuaka will give him one honest and strong youth who is ready to receive the empowerment and work.

Last year 2023, Mazi Iwuaku Iwuchukwu emerged the Umuaka Times Man of the Year after a thorough screening. While receiving the award, on Easter Sunday 2024, Iwuaku promised to be donating the sum of N1million to the foundation yearly for the next 10 years.

While making his speech to Umuaka Times in Angola, Iwuaku passionately appealed to the well-to-do Akalites to fully embrace the 100 jobs creation program of Umuaka Charity Foundation and donate generously and help the community fight hunger, crime and poverty.
