Ifeanyi Agumba Loses Mother.

High profile Akalite, Lagos-based businessman, publisher, and Editor-in-Chief of Icegate Magazine International, who is also the Chairman and Group Managing Director of Leaders Icegate Group, Dr. (in view) Ifeanyi L. Agumba, ANIPR, (FCS, FCIAP), has announced the passing of his beloved mother, Ezinne Esther Agumba.

In a press statement personally signed by him and made available exclusively to Umuaka Times last week, Dr. (in view) Agumba disclosed that Ezinne Esther Agumba peacefully passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025.

“With deep sorrow and total submission to the will of God, we announce the passing on to glory of our beloved mother, Ezinne Esther Agumba, who peacefully slept in the Lord on Monday, 13th October 2025,” the statement read.

Late Ezinne Esther Agumba was a devoted Christian, a virtuous woman, and a mother to many within her community. She hailed from Umuezealaoma in Achara Autonomous Community, Njaba Local Government Area of Imo State.

According to the family’s statement and other close sources, the burial arrangements will be made public once all plans have been finalized by the burial committee.

Ezinne Esther Agumba is survived by her children, grandchildren and other family members, including other extended family members and well-wishers.
