Kelechi Eriri Marks Birthday with a Call for Unity Among Akalites.

In a modest yet heartfelt celebration on Sunday 9 November 2025, Mr. Kelechi Eriri the CEO of Eriri Company Limited marked another year of life surrounded by family and friends, business colleagues and partners. Everything about the birthday gathering which was held somewhere in Lekki Phase 1 Lagos was successfully implemented to the admiration of selected few that attended the event.

When Umuaka Times reporters called on Mr Eriri to wish him a happy birth and have a brief interview with him,  he used the moment to issue a gentle but a passionate appeal for peace and love among the people of Umuaka and Ndi Igbo in general.

Hear him: “First and foremost, I give thanks to God for adding another year to my life. I pray that the Almighty continues to bless me with good health and many more years.” He paused and began again “My dear Akalites, let us keep living in peace and love one another. That is the foundation of our community.”

Eriri, a well‑known local entrepreneur and philanthropist, has long been involved in initiatives that promote peace and unity, education and healthcare in Umuaka. His call for unity comes at a time when the town, like many parts of Nigeria, grapples with occasional tensions that flare over politics and more.

“Peace is not a passive state; it is something we must nurture every day,” Eriri added. “When we choose love over division, we open doors for progress that benefits everyone, young and old alike.”
