The royal father of Amiyi Akah Autonomous Community HRH Eze Francis Ahanotu, the President-general, High Chief Vincent O. Egbuchilem the Ijele 1 of Amiyi-Akah and the entire Amiyi-Akans have expressed their heartfelt vote of thanks to HRM, Eze Justin Ezeala for the empowerment the royal father of Obinwanne Umuaka Autonomous Community held for his community Obinwanne and the other 9 communities in Umuaka. It can be recalled that on Saturday December 23, 2022, the Obinwanne monarch invited all the presidents-general across Umuaka Municipal councils and gave each of them 11 bags of rice etc.
High Chief Egbuchilem who represented his community Amiyi-Akah during the ceremony reached out to Umuaka Times a couple of days ago where he issued a press statement on behalf of his community thanking Eze Justin Ezeala for the Christmas king gesture from his palace.
Chief Egbuchilem who is also the Nwachinemere 1 of Ezenomi from his press statement extolled the virtues of Eze Justin Ezeala as a servant leader who has indeed taken the welfare of his community and the progress of Umuaka as a deeply serious business.
“I want to use this opportunity and thank HRM Eze Justin Ezeala for his kind gesture and love for us all. If you listened to his speech during the empowerment, you can agree with me that the royal father is totally worried over lack of peace in some autonomous communities in Umuaka. That is how to know a true leader.”
In his final message, the Ugo Ebe N’Aja 1 of Amurie Omanze did not only ask God to continue to bless and protect the Obinwanne monarch but he extended the prayer and asked God to touch the heart of some mischief makers in Umuaka Municipal Council for peace to reign. He used the opportunity and wished all Akalites a happy new year.
