Chief John Anozie donates two houses for the poor.

1 min read

American based Akalite and quiet philanthropist Chief John Dike Anozie has built, completed and furnished two bungalows which he donated to two families in Umuele community. When Umuaka Times visited the country home of Chief Anozie late last week, he was very glad to welcome the crew of Umuaka Times and soon he was engaged in an interview with Umuaka Times.

According to Chief Anozie, it was his wife who inspires most of the charity works he does. In the case of the two buildings he donated to two indigent citizens of his community, he said neither he nor his wife knew exactly the cost of the buildings because that was not the aim. Chief Anozie sees himself and his wife as a couple God chooses to carry out some charity works anytime He wishes. As a silent giver, he prefers people to thank God anytime he is used by God to do some charity works than to thank him.

Chief Anozie confirmed to Umuaka Times that the need to provide accommodation for the two families was inevitable because they were almost homeless before he started the building project. He used the opportunity to thank the royal father of his community, HRH Eze Caesar Duruegbuso for his involvement in the building projects.
