Eze Duruigbo of Umuowa appreciates Merit College.

The royal father of Umuowa Autonomous Community Imo State, HRH Eze MC Duruigbo,the Igbo Na Enye the Forth and the Eze Di Ora Mma of Umuowa has expressed his appreciation and endorsement of Merit College of Nursing located in Umuowa.
Eze Duruigbo in an exclusive interview with Umuaka Times commended the efforts of Dr Mrs Chika Ugbaja (founder) and her husband, Chief Nkemdirim Ugbaja (co-founder) for being the great brains behind the great initiative.
From the gospel the royal father preached, parents need to expose their children to nursing and watch them do well. “Information is power and our children need to have this information about the opportunities in the Merit College of Nursing.”
On how his community feels about the location of the school in Umuowa town, Eze Duruigbo disclosed to Umuaka Times that it was not the first time such a laudable project was coming to Umuowa. “You see, our people are very accommodating and supportive. If not, you will never see all these great institutions here. In fact many more are coming and we will always cooperate with any agency or group that brings such laudable projects here in Umuowa.”
