Eze Justin holds give-away, receives Umuaka Times award.

Last week, precisely on Saturday December 24, 2022, the traditional ruler of Obinwanne Umuaka Autonomous Community HRH Eze Justin Ezeala received his awards from Umuaka Times. The Obinwanne monarch who won two prestigious awards from Umuaka Times, named (1) Umuaka Times Man of the Year and (2) Imo State Royal Father of the Year received the awards in his Chukwujiekwu Palace Obinwanne from Umuaka Times.
Top community leaders from Obinwanne comprised of the Eze’s Cabinet, Obinwanne Council of Chiefs, youths, women groups and all the presidents-general in Umuaka Municipal Council were all in attendance when the awards were being presented to the monarch. The Umuaka Times team, the presenters of the award arrived at the event early enough and made adequate preparations for a laudable presentation.
The Umuaka Times team in a speech presented by its publisher told the audience that the best was yet to come from Obinwanne Umuaka Autonomous Community. While responding to the awards, Eze Justin thanked Umuaka Times and told the audience that the award will strengthen him and make him work harder. He condemned the issue of insecurity in town and appealed to Umuaka leaders to embrace peace.
On his personal commitment towards Obinwanne community, Eze Justin Ezeala, promised and assured the audience that he would continue to carry his community along as well as Umuaka community in general.
On his Christmas celebration gifts to the people, Eze Justin donated one big cow to each of the 13 communities in Obinwanne community. He further announced that each president general in Umuaka would go home with bags of rice and one cow for each village in Umuaka Ebe Iri. He also singled out over 100 families from Obinwanne that needed help and provided for them.
At the end of the give-away exercise, the people prayed for the Eze and asked God to continue to bless him.
