Come Thursday December 28, 2023, all roads in Imo State and beyond will lead to Obinwanne Umuaka Autonomous Community as the royal father of the fast developing community; HRM Eze Justin Uzoma Ezeala and his wife Ugoeze Ajanihu Ngozi Ezeala mark the 5th coronation anniversary of the Obinwanne royal stool and their 25th wedding anniversary celebrations.
By last week when Umuaka Times correspondents called on the humanist royal father for briefings on the program, he disclosed that the event would start by 12 midday on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at the prestigious Chukwujekwu Palace in Obinwanne Umuaka.
The thanksgiving Mass for the event which comes first will be celebrated at St Patrick’s Catholic Church Obinwanne Umuaka. The time of the Mass service has been fixed at 9.am while the grand reception holds at the Unity Primary School Obinwanne. Umuaka Times gathered that many side attractions have been booked for the great events.
Umuaka Times which has been declared the official newspaper of the event by the Chukwujekwu Palace also gathered that many dignitaries both from the organized private sector and from the public service domain will be present during the event. Also expected at the thanksgiving service and anniversary are royal fathers, high profile personalities especially politicians from Imo State and beyond.
It can be recalled that Eze Justin Ezeala in 2022 emerged as the Umuaka Times Man of the Year as well as the Imo State Royal Father of the Year Award winner. In 2021, the royal father also won the Royal Father of the Year Award from Umuaka Times. Still in 2021, Obinwanne Community won the Umuaka Times Most Organized Autonomous Community Award, Imo State Fastest Developing Autonomous Community and the Most Secured Autonomous Community Award in Umuaka.
