High profile Akalite, politician, peace and community integration advocate, High Chief Eddy Ikwubuo has described the late Chief Dennis Nwokedi as an epitome of love who lived for humanity. High Chief Ikwubuo who disclosed this to Umuaka Times last week was answering questions from Umuaka Times over the weekend.
Ikwubuo described the late Nwokedi as a man who served both the Biafran and Nigerian armies with high sounding ovations meritoriously.
On several instances, Ikwubuo stated that Nwokedi contributed to the development of Amiyi and Umuaka communities on diverse capacities. He described the late sage as a rare gem whose spirit of honesty is unquantifiable.
In his prayers, High Chief Ikwubuo prayed to God to accept the soul of the late Chief Nwokedi in his paradise and give Umuaka people not only the fortitude to bear the loss but also a sound replacement of the man of honour.
On the family left behind, High Chief Ikwubuo tasked the children of the late Nwokedi to emulate the footsteps of their late father.
