Thieves storm Nne Enyemaka Shrine.

The Nne Enyem Aka Shrine, a branch of Roman Catholic Church located in Umuaka last week suffered heavy losses as thieves stormed the church premises and made away with some valuable items. When Umuaka Times heard the news last week, frantic efforts were made to get to the roots of the matter in order to establish how it all happened but the efforts of Umuaka Times reporter who covered the event could not produce enough evidence.
According to the reports gathered from the shrine, the thieves stormed the holy place on Sunday February 26, 2023 and made away with two wheels of a cart parked in the compound.
Till now, efforts to establish how the thieves managed to gain entry into the compound are still on going as no clue has since been established.
Umuaka Times reliably gathered that the two weeks stolen from the compound were worth N20, 000.
Some members of the church who have heard about the ugly incident have expressed deep shock over the incident and wondered why some people found the house of God as the most suitable place for them to embark on for their stealing expedition.
