The family of Dr Victor Dike and the entire Dikeoji dynasty of Umuezeala Uba Umuaka have released the program for the final burial rites of the late Mr Uchenna Victor Dike who died in the United States some months ago. From what the Umuaka Times correspondent in America disclosed yesterday, the family announced this in a press statement issued by the father of the deceased, Dr Victor Dike.
According to the press statement, the burial date for the late Uche Victor Dike Jr has been slated to hold on Thursday December 8, 2022 in the Dike compound Umuisii, Umuezeala Uba Umuaka of Njaba LGA Imo State.
On the said date, the remains of the deceased will leave Aladimma Hospital Mortuary Owerri by 7 am and arrive the family house in Umuezeala Uba. By 9 am, there will be a lying in state at Dr Victor Dike’s family compound for the people mostly friends and well wishers and extended family members to pay their last respect.
By 10 am, a requiem Mass service will hold at St Mary’s Catholic Church Umuaka for the repose of the soul of the departed. Internment follows immediately by 12 mid day at Dr Victor Dike’s compound.
The family has announced that there be no wakes night during this period.
