Young Igbo boy begins suya business in Umuaka.

An Uba Umuaka born young Akalite named Mr Bright Anyaehiechukwu Ebele has started the meat roasting business made popular by Hausa men known as suya. Bright who said he was trained in the business by no one else told Umuaka Times last week that he was very happy to be the one who has come from Igbo extraction to be doing the business in Umuaka.
When Umuaka Times visited the suya spot Mr Bright Ebele does the suya business in Achara community opposite White House and in front of Phill’s Supermarket, he was very happy to welcome the team of Umuaka Times reporters. He disclosed to the team that he just started the suya business a couple of weeks ago and people are so happy to patronize him. “People are so happy to see an Igbo boy go into this business. Some do not even believe that I am Igbo not to talk of being an Akalite.”
Mr Bright also confirmed to Umuaka Times that he proves suya night and barbeque services at events when hired.
On how he came about the idea to go into suya business, he told Umuaka Times that there is nothing an Igboman wants to do that he cannot do it and do it better than the original owners. “Just watch from now on, many other Igbo guys will move into this business.”
