15 year old author emerges from Ojinnaka royal family.

The famous Igbo proverb that nothing is lacking in the palace of a king has been reactivated in the palace of HRH Eze Henry Izuchukwu Ojinnaka of UmuakaNjaba LGA Imo State as the royal family has produced a 15 year old novelist. Princess Chinonye Ojinnaka, an SSS-3 student at Sancta Maria Secondary School Umuaka has written and published two books to her credit.
Last week, the local affairs correspondents of Umuaka Times visited the Ojinnaka family and had a brief interview with the young author and her mother, Princess Viola Ojinnaka. According to the mother of the brilliant chap, her daughter Princess Chinonye Ojinnaka, has written many novels but has only been able to publish two of the novels.
The two novelss titled, My Greatest Fear and Jealous Friends were launched and presented to the public on December 31, 2023 at the famous Ojinnaka palace. Several dignitaries from Umuaka and other communities in the state were in attendance during the book launch. They all pledged their support in diverse ways in order to encourage the young author.
While speaking with Umuaka Times after the event, Princess Viola Ojinnaka told the newspaper that it has been the dream of her daughter to be both a novelist and a lawyer and the family is fully behind her with every support she needs.
One of the lawyers from the Ojinnaka royal family, Chief Okechukwu Ojinnaka was one of the dignitaries who have shown support to the young novelist. For her decision to read law, Chief Ojinnaka has supported the young author with over the sum of N100, 000.
As the two novels by Chinonye Ojinnaka are still making waves and enjoying heavy commercial sellout, Princess Viola Ojinnaka hinted to Umuaka Times that two more novels by the young girl will soon be published in the year 2024.
