Diamond Princess Academy Opens Admission for 2026/2027 Academic Session.

High profile secondary school and a vibrant citadel of learning, Diamond Princess Academy, Umuaka, has announced the commencement of admissions into its Creche, Nursery, Primary and Secondary sections for the 2026/2027 academic session. The school, which is approved by the Imo State Ministry of Education, operates both the British and Nigerian curricula in partnership with the British Education Council. Speaking with Umuaka Times correspondents who visited the school last week, the management said the institution remains committed to its motto, “Inspiring Children for Exciting Future,” by providing quality education in a secure and technology-driven learning environment.

According to the school management, registration is currently ongoing for Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Primary and Secondary classes.

As part of the admission process, an entrance examination has been scheduled to hold on Saturday, July 11, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the school’s campus located on Isiozi-Akah Road, Umuaka, Njaba Local Government Area, Imo State. Admission is available into JSS1, JSS2, JSS3 and SSS1, with candidates expected to write examinations in Mathematics, English Language and General Knowledge.

The Principal of the school, Pastor Metu Jonathan disclosed to Umuaka Times that prospective candidates are advised to arrive early for registration and come with two blue or black pens, an HB pencil, an eraser and a sharpener. They are also expected to dress decently, either in their school uniform or modest mufti. Mobile phones, smartwatches and bags will not be permitted in the examination hall, while successful candidates will receive their results within seven days after the examination.

Diamond Princess Academy boasts of modern educational facilities, including uninterrupted electricity supply, a borehole water system, feeding services, 24-hour CCTV surveillance with an integrated security system, professionally trained security personnel, a fully equipped ICT centre, round-the-clock internet access, a functional library and school bus services.
