The first daughter of late Mrs. Irene IfinibieFannahs (Nnaah), née Nwulu, Dr. Mrs. Chinenye Pamela Agara, has penned an emotional tribute to her late mother, describing her as a woman of God, a mother of love and a blessing to her generation. In a tribute titled “Tribute to My Loving Mother,” contained in the official burial brochure, Dr. Pamela Agara recalled how her mother fondly called her “Ada Ndioma,” a name she said was not merely a form of address but an expression of love that carried a lifetime of memories. According to her, her mother was more than a parent. She was her safe place, encourager, adviser, prayer warrior, teacher, confidant and greatest source of strength. She recalled that her mother’s presence brought warmth to their home, her words offered wisdom, and her prayers sustained the family through seasons when they might not have realized the struggles she was facing on their behalf.

Dr. Pamela Agara described her late mother as a truly virtuous woman and a woman of God whose faith formed the foundation of her life. She said her mother trusted God even when circumstances were difficult, prayed when others worried and taught her children that no matter how challenging life became, God remained the greatest source of strength. She further described her mother’s life as a sermon without a pulpit, her kindness as a ministry, her home as a place of love and her prayers as a spiritual covering over her children.
While expressing deep grief over her mother’s passing, the first daughter said she would not allow sorrow to erase her gratitude. She expressed appreciation for every sacrifice, prayer, lesson, embrace, correction and word of encouragement her mother offered throughout her life. She noted that although her mother’s physical journey had ended, her legacy would continue through her children and the many lives she touched. She also expressed honour and gratitude for the privilege of being her daughter.
